How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Forevercharges Windows & Siding should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Forevercharges Windows & Siding
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If a problem comes up with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Forevercharges Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send Your Complaint
Email contact@forevercharges.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
What Happens After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, you can answer and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor issues, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
